Children

We want to ensure the enjoyment of all visitors! El Silencio Lodge & Spa is best suited for children of any age who have a keen interest in nature.

Maximum number of children per Suite: 2. Must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

Swimming Pool

We do not feature a swimming pool.

Pets

We are unable to accommodate pets. Certified service animals are allowed to best serve people with special needs.

Smoking

In accordance with Costa Rican law, this is a non-smoking destination. Smoking will be penalized.

TV Sets

Suites do not feature a TV set. The view is so spectacular, you certainly won’t miss one! Villas and Two-bedroom Suites feature satellite TVs and Toro Bohemio Bar in the main lodge features a large LCD screen.

Restaurants

Our restaurant emphasizes farm-to-table wellness. Dietary requirements will be accommodated to the fullest extent possible with prior request or notification. Las Ventanas Restaurant features a relaxed and cozy ambiance.

Reservation Guarantee

Secured with a valid cc (Visa, Master Card, or Amex) or an executed wire transfer. There will be no reimbursement for no-shows or unused portion of contracted services.

Cancellations

Must be received in writing. Valid with e-mail acknowledgment. Trip insurance advised.

High/Green Season Policies

Cancellation requests received 0-15 days prior to arrival will incur 100% penalty of the total reservation value. No reimbursement or credit for cancellations requests.

Holiday Season Policies

10% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. No credits/reimbursements. 2-night minimum applies.
 

Peak Season

A booking of a minimum of 2 nights is required for reservation that include lodging from December 20th through January 3rd. A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and remaining balance is due by October 1st.

El Silencio Lodge strongly suggest strongly recommends all travelers obtain third-party travelers from a reputable company, insurance to cover against losses.
